Bruce Stringer
Manager-Network Planning and Design
Bruce began his telecommunication-engineering career in 1973 with
Joseph D. Fail Engineering Company, Inc.
Since that time he has worked
with another engineering company and a major telephone company doing
“in house” design of outside plant facilities.
Bruce has over twenty
years of experience in all phases of OSP Design, staking and
construction. He is in charge of long range planning and design
including loan applications to RUS for telephone operating companies.
