John D. (Buddy) Graham
Manager OSP Contracts
Buddy began working for Joseph D. Fail Engineering Company, Inc. in
1970. Over this period of time, he has filled many positions i.e.:
Draftsperson, Design Engineer, Construction Inspector, and Resident
Engineer.
He is presently manager of one of the Outside
Plant Contracts Groups and is also working with the local telephone company cutover
crews on
a daily basis.
He has had the opportunity to work for
many different telephone companies, consulting to both independent and Bell Companies.
Buddy
has worked in several areas throughout the United States as well as in the
Middle East. Buddy has the practical knowledge of what works in
the field and in applying that knowledge to outside plant design.
