James C. (Pete) Terry

Pete has been working for Joseph D. Fail Engineering Company, Inc.
since 1969 when he started to work as a draftsman.
Since that time, he has had the chance to personally serve as the
Resident Engineer-In-Charge on engineering projects consisting of
over 8,000 miles of cable construction. His experience covers all
phases of outside plant field engineering and construction projects.
He has been the responsible “in charge” field inspector for direct
burial plant, aerial plant, as well as directional bores of
considerable lengths under waterways.
Currently, he is serving as
Vice President of Field Operations.
